Uriah Heep – The Magician’s Farewell Tour

This concert marks a special farewell to the region where Uriah Heep have enjoyed strong and loyal support for decades. Romanian fans also have a long history with the band — from their iconic show at Arenele Romane in Bucharest in 1992 to most recently headlined the Danube Rock Revolution Festival in Galati in 2025.

With a career spanning over 55 years, Uriah Heep are one of the last remaining pillars of original progressive hard rock from the golden era. Alongside Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and Deep Purple, they helped shape British heavy metal with their debut album "Very ‘Eavy, Very ‘Umble". Timeless hits such as “Easy Livin’”, “Lady in Black”, “July Morning”, and “The Wizard” continue to resonate with fans worldwide. The band has sold over 40 million albums globally and was one of the first Western rock bands to perform in Eastern Europe - through their success as rock ‘n’ roll pioneers this enabled other bands to follow in their wake and Eastern Europe countries are now part of every band’s touring schedule.

Led by founder guitarist Mick Box, Uriah Heep continue to deliver high-energy performances full of classic Hammond organ, powerful harmonies, and signature guitar sound.
